Phil Hertz has been active in fantasy baseball this season for over a quarter of a century. During that time, he has finished in the money in his main league in all but two years and has finished first nine times. Most recently, he has been managing the Baltra Blue-Footed Boobies in the Beltway Bureaucrats League. Phil is a forum moderator and playing time analyst for baseballhq.com, specializing in the National League and in providing advice on rule interpretation and constitution issues. When not pursuing his passion for baseball in general and the Mets in particular, Phil is the Deputy General Counsel of a US Government corporation. Phil has an A.B. from the University of Michigan’s Residential College and a J.D. from Boston University. He lives in North Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, Nancy Dunham.
